NRi has developed a program to recognize championship potential in youth at an early age, including guidance and support for deserving young racers and their families.

With a focus on winning titles in the premier classes, an eye toward family support, a scouting system and rider development program that grooms championship prospects for the premier team, and a program to guide young racers through the ranks, NRi is a complete springboard for aspiring racers.

In an effort to promote diversity, NRi endeavors to develop women riders interested in high-level competition. NRi places great value in amateur racing, and looks forward to working with our partners in developing more of these leading-edge initiatives.

Even at the amateur level, NRi incorporates our own highly visible branding and that of our major sponsors, providing terrific exposure at the grassroots level at the numerous professional and amateur events held each year nationwide and in Canada.
